Axians Portugal is seeking a Risk Analyst & Permanent Control to support cybersecurity risk management in a critical payments environment. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting operational and cyber risks while ensuring control effectiveness and remediation actions across IT services.

You will work with security, development, production, and risk management stakeholders to strengthen resilience and security of highly critical digital payment services.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or operational risk environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and French (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Define and promote cybersecurity governance practices across IT payment services.
• Support stakeholders in understanding, controlling, and managing cyber risks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor ICT and non-ICT risks through permanent control activities.
• Perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, and contribute to maintaining the risk landscape.
• Monitor remediation plans, validate corrective actions, and provide consolidated risk reporting.

RISK ANALYST & PERMANENT CONTROL

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Risk Analyst & Permanent Control professional to support cybersecurity risk management activities within a critical payments environment. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting operational and cyber risks, ensuring the effectiveness of controls and remediation actions across IT services. You will work closely with security, development, production, and risk management stakeholders, contributing to the resilience and security of highly critical digital payment services.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Define and promote cybersecurity governance practices across IT payment services.
• Support stakeholders in understanding, controlling, and managing cyber risks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor ICT and non-ICT risks through permanent control activities.
• Perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, and contribute to maintaining the risk landscape.
• Monitor remediation plans, validate corrective actions, and provide consolidated risk reporting.

Your Key Skills

• Strong risk management expertise with experience in operational and cyber risk analysis.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and assess business and technical impacts.
• Knowledge of GRC IT platforms and ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity governance and control frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Your Main Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management.
• Experience working in cybersecurity, IT risk, or operational risk environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Fluent French (mandatory).
