Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a marketing-focused professional to lead country-level marketing initiatives and collaborate with global teams. You will shape strategy, manage stakeholders, and drive data-driven campaigns across paid media and on-site experiences.

You will work with Google Ads and Meta Ads, help optimize landing pages, and contribute to seasonal campaigns. Fluency in English is required, with multilingual skills a plus.

Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in one of several teams:

What you'll do in a Country Team:

• You will join one of our Country Teams to help shape Emma's marketing strategy and establish Emma as the leading sleep brand in the market
• You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders
• You will assist the one of our Country Teams on global data analysis and ideate best practices
• You will help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally
• You will coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations
• You will support on content creation and seasonal campaign runs

What you'll do in the Global Team:

• You will own the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• You will maintain and improve the website, including landing pages and the on-site experience for paid traffic
• You will analyze campaign and website performance
• You will turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Data, E-commerce) to execute marketing initiatives

Who we're looking for:

• You’re fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• You have an analytical mind, love to look at data, and have a passion for problem-solving and identifying root causes
• You’re comfortable with numbers and driven by results: you don’t just complete the task, you check how it performed
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment with time-sensitive projects
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and can handle multiple projects at once
• You have an interest in performance marketing, ideally paid media such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, and in how content, landing pages, and on-site experience drive conversion
