Ace Of Performance | Group invites a Creative Strategist who combines direct response thinking with hands-on ad account work. You will own research, angles, and concepts, and translate data into creative decisions across Leadgen and E‑commerce.

This role bridges multiple verticals and channels, requiring curiosity, strong copy, and a practical, results‑driven mindset. The position offers a flexible hybrid setup with two days in Lisbon and three days remote, a competitive salary with bonuses, and

Qualificações

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Curious, analytical mindset: reads performance data to influence what you build next.
• Experience in video editing.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Some working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Able to generate a high volume of strong angles consistently.
• Self-directed and accountable, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Creative strategy end‑to‑end: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs and concept pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Batch creative testing: continuously bring new angles to the table.
• Translate performance data into the next creative decision, beyond dashboards.
• Get hands-on with live campaigns when strategy meets execution.
• Bridge teams by transferring winning angles and learnings across verticals.
• Stay sharp on formats, platforms and industry trends, bringing thinking in-house.
