ACE OF PERFORMANCE | Group is seeking a Creative Strategist to own research, angles, and concepts across Leadgen and E-commerce. You’ll test new creative angles, translate performance data into decisions, and collaborate across marketing verticals to maximize business impact.

The role blends strategy with hands-on campaign work in a hybrid setup, requiring strong Portuguese and English communication and a proactive, self-directed approach.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in video editing.
• Analytical mindset; reads performance data to guide decisions.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end creative strategy across multiple verticals (Leadgen, E-commerce).
• Batch test new angles and concepts regularly.
• Translate performance data into creative decisions beyond dashboards.
• Hands-on with live campaigns when strategy meets execution.
• Bridge teams to transfer winning angles across verticals.
• Stay sharp on formats, platforms, and industry trends.
