Ace of Performance in Lisbon is hiring to own paid acquisition for a new DTC fashion brand entering the US market. You will lead strategy, testing and spend, with direct access to founders and the in-house creative team. This is a hands-on role with real budgets and fast decision cycles.

You should have hands-on paid media experience in a DTC brand, be fluent with Meta Ads and Google Ads, and be familiar with Shopify. Remote/hybrid options available with 2 days in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Experience targeting the US or other international markets is a plus.
• Familiar with Shopify and store analytics.

Ace of Performance is a 40-person Performance Marketing Group in Lisbon. We're launching a new DTC project in the US within the fashion space, and we're hiring the person who will own its paid acquisition from zero.

High budgets and real decisions, made directly with the founders. Strategy, creative testing, spend, reporting - your scope.

What we need from you

• Hands-on paid media experience in a DTC brand - US or another international market is a plus
• Meta Ads and Google Ads day to day; TikTok a plus
• Familiar with Shopify
