Job summary

Sonae Sierra is seeking a Performance and Compensation Specialist to join the Recruitment department in Caparica. You will analyze compensation and performance data, develop dashboards, and support the design of reward policies.

You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, prepare presentations for diverse audiences, and drive process improvements through data-driven insights in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits or similar analytical roles.
• Degree in management, economics, HR, engineering, statistics or data analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and digital tools.
• Ability to work accurately with large data volumes and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage priorities autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in international or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Performance & Compensation processes and policies.
• Analyze compensation, performance, and HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses to monitor HR metrics and business needs.
• Participate in performance review cycles, salary review processes, and bonus administration activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting tools.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support fair and competitive rewards.
• Work with large datasets, identifying patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven support.
• Prepare clear and structured presentations and materials for different audiences.
• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
