We are supporting a confidential search for a senior People Manager to take full ownership of the people agenda for an established, internationally backed organisation operating in Portugal.

This is the most senior people role in the country, offering genuine autonomy, visibility, and influence. Reporting directly to the country lead, you will act as the primary people partner to the leadership team, with responsibility for shaping how people services support the business today and in the future.
