What will you do?
- Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements for the PEGA platform.
- Participate in the definition of technical solutions alongside Business Analysts and Tech Leads.
- Develop functionalities within the PEGA platform, adhering to best development practices.
- Perform bug fixes and provide support for medium‑complexity incidents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed User Stories.
- Collaborate in the preparation of installation packages and deployment processes.
What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in PEGA development, with knowledge of PEGA Platform (8.x or higher);
- Solid proficiency in Java, Web Services (SOAP and REST), and JSON;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git;
- Fluency in English at a B2 level is required for effective communication;
- Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
