Job summary

Forvia is seeking a junior finance assistant to join our Aveiro team. You will assist in financial reporting, data analysis, and ERP-based invoicing processes while coordinating with logistics, purchasing and controllers at our factories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or secondary schooling option.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French/Spanish) are a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Support invoice posting in ERP and supplier invoicing.
• Help manage credit/debit requests to suppliers and coordinate with factories’ departments.
• Assist in issuing credit/debit notes in Accounts Payable.
• Participate in a structured development program to grow professionally.
