CTR is seeking an HR Specialist – Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Portuguese labor laws and internal policies. You will be a key point of contact for employees and provide high-quality HR support across payroll operations.

You will manage attendance, garnishments, employment contracts, and HR records, support onboarding for direct labor, and collaborate with Health at work initiatives, while maintaining discretion and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources Management.
• 2-4 years of payroll and HR generalist experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Autonomy and planning skills.
• Results oriented, rigorous and discreet.

Responsabilidades

• Manage attendance and payroll processing within established deadlines.
• Handle salary garnishments and meal allowance card administration.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to employee queries (HR Service Desk).
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, including renewals, expirations, and terminations.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes, particularly for direct labor employees.
• Coordinate Occupational Health activities and HR-related processes.
