Trustly in Lisbon seeks an experienced European Payroll Analyst to oversee Portuguese payroll operations and coordinate with external providers across our European subsidiaries. The role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, plus fluency in English and Portuguese, to ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operational payroll within FinTech or multinational firms, and familiarity with HiBob or Workday HRIS tools.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic European Payroll Analyst to join our growing European Payroll team on a permanent basis. Based in Lisbon, this role will be responsible for overseeing Portuguese payroll operations and working closely with external payroll providers who prepare payrolls across our European subsidiaries (including Spain, UK, Malta, Sweden, and other markets).
