Revolut in Portugal seeks a Business Risk Manager to oversee the risk and control environment for the Core Payments team. You will partner with Operations, Product, Engineering and Risk to identify and mitigate business risks while strengthening controls.

You will design and implement risk frameworks, perform risk assessments for new products and payment flows, and develop meaningful metrics to provide leadership with visibility into key risk areas and emerging trends.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in business risk management or a similar risk-focused role.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying risks early and implementing controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Core Payments leadership to identify, assess, and proactively manage risks.
• Embed risk awareness into day-to-day decision-making and operations.
• Perform risk assessments for new products, payment flows, and processes.
• Design and continuously improve risk controls, governance, and monitoring.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Challenge processes, identify control gaps, and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to manage risks.
• Develop risk metrics and dashboards to inform leadership of key risk areas.
