Revolut in Porto is hiring a Business Risk Manager to oversee the risk and control environment for the Core Payments team. You will partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk to proactively identify and mitigate business risks while strengthening controls.

You'll design governance frameworks, develop meaningful risk metrics, and embed a proactive risk culture across global teams. The role requires leadership, clear communication, and a track record in financial services risk

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in business risk management or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Ability to design risk frameworks and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Core Payments leadership to identify and manage business risks.
• Embed risk awareness into day-to-day decision making.
• Perform risk assessments for new products, flows, and initiatives.
• Design and improve risk controls, governance, and monitoring.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Identify control gaps and propose improvements balancing customer experience and risk.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering and Compliance.
• Develop risk metrics and leadership dashboards.
• Support projects involving payment schemes and central banks.
