Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Creativity in designing visually appealing pastries that also taste delicious.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management to meet production deadlines.
• Strong leadership to train and oversee junior chefs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
