Qualifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or tourism industry preferred.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Valid work permit for Portugal (visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local area attractions.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities as requested.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner and elevate if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
• Assist with luggage handling when needed.
• Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
