As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and local area
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
• Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and special promotions in the local area to provide recommendations to guests
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Assist with luggage handling and storage when necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required (freshers welcome!)
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
