Capgemini Engineering is seeking a PACO Solution Architect / Solution Designer to lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, deployment and migration of Nokia PACO‑based solutions. You will be the technical authority across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Nokia best practices.

The role requires 7+ years in telecom network design and hands‑on PACO experience (CMG, CMM, NRD); you will design across multiple PACO nodes, review TSDs, produce HLDs/LLDs and mentor

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecom network design, deployment, integration or solution architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on PACO experience (CMG, CMM, NRD).
• Experience designing and deploying solutions across multiple PACO nodes.
• Strong expertise in Nokia CMG, CMM, NRD and PACO‑based architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy solutions across PACO nodes with technical leadership.
• Act as SME for Nokia PACO components (CMG, CMM, NRD).
• Review TSDs, identify risks and gaps.
• Prepare CIQs and design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Lead migration strategies and go‑live planning.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support during integration and deployment.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and mentor engineers.
