Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a PACO Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, deployment, and migration of PACO-based solutions. You will act as the technical authority across the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Nokia best practices.

Key responsibilities include designing across multiple PACO nodes, producing HLDs/LLDs, CIQ prep, migration planning and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications network design, deployment, integration or solution architecture.
• At least 3 years hands-on with Nokia PACO including CMG, CMM and NRD.
• Experience designing and deploying across multiple PACO nodes.
• Strong expertise in Nokia CMG, CMM, NRD and PACO architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy solutions across at least two PACO nodes with technical leadership.
• Review, validate and challenge TSDs, identifying risks and gaps.
• Assess software compatibility and dependencies across PACO, CMG, CMM and NRD.
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and present to customers.
• Create CIQs based on requirements and network dimensioning.
• Develop Low-Level Designs aligned with architectures and specs.
• Maintain solution design documentation and manage changes.
• Define migration strategies, go-live plans and cutover approaches.
• Review implementation activities and validate MOPs for deployment.
• Lead bug scrubbing and ensure production readiness before go-live.
• Create ATP TOLs and support acceptance testing.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during integration, migration and testing.
• Analyze logs and performance data to identify root causes.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and mentor engineers.
• Support project closure, lessons learned and knowledge management.
