Capgemini Engineering in Portugal seeks a PACO Solution Architect/Designer to lead end-to-end Nokia PACO deployments. You will drive design, deployment, and migration across multiple PACO nodes, acting as SME for CMG, CMM and NRD and guiding project teams through critical design reviews.

You will craft HLDs and LLDs, prepare CIQs, validate dependencies, and support go-live with advanced troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. Hybrid work and global opportunities offered.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in telecom network design, deployment and solution architecture.
• Hands-on 3+ years with Nokia PACO CMG, CMM and NRD platforms.
• Experience reviewing TSDs, creating HLDs/LLDs and CIQ documents.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy Nokia PACO-based solutions across multiple nodes.
• Review documents, validate dependencies, and lead design workshops.
• Define migration and cutover plans, support go-live activities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and knowledge transfer to juniors.
