Capgemini Engineering seeks a telecom network professional to support Nokia Packet Core and mobile core networks in a customer-facing role. You will guide operations, manage incidents, and contribute to network upgrades and modernization within a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with customer teams, lead problem investigations, and ensure delivery milestones are met while maintaining high service quality across 4G/5G core deployments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience supporting mobile core networks within telecom operator environments.
• Proven expertise in Nokia Packet Core solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing support and managed services environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud-native telecom architectures is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain understanding of customer's deployed solutions, network architecture, and procedures.
• Act as technical point of contact for customer technical teams on operational issues.
• Provide technical guidance on network performance, software maintenance, and operations.
• Ensure Change Management adherence during Live Network Interventions.
• End-to-end incident management advocacy and coordination with Nokia support.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for complex service issues.
• Monitor and follow up on support tickets with customer and Nokia teams.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical and operational teams.
• Manage escalations, conflicts, and customer communications on status and risks.
• Support delivery-to-care processes with technical actions and transitions.
• Provide guidance on hardware/software upgrades, retrofits, and network modernization.
• Stay informed on NPI programs and customer tenders and procurement activities.
