COCON is seeking a hands-on finance leader to run the group’s financial engine across UK and NL entities. You’ll manage cash, close processes, and partner settlements with luxury hotel partners, while using a modern tech stack to deliver reliable numbers on a tight cadence.

The role is hybrid with regular London site presence and occasional Amsterdam. £55,000–£70,000 DOE with development budget and strategic influence at the table.

Qualificações

• 5+ years running hands-on finance in a multi-entity business: hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer services preferred.
• Owns month-end closes and cash forecasting; approves reconciliations you built.
• Comfortable with international structure: Dutch group alongside UK core, growing international presence.

Responsabilidades

• Run the finance engine for UK and NL operating companies, with modern systems and timely landings.
• Manage internal and external workflows and stakeholders; reconciliations and reporting with hotel partners, OTAs, etc.
• Own cash management: 13-week cash flow, collections rhythm, receivables chasing, payment runs.
• Close: month-end for both countries with external accountants; reconciliations, accruals, intercompany.
• Partner settlements: monthly revenue-share and profit-share calculations with hotel partners.
