Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience with OutSystems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• OutSystems Associate Tech Lead certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

• Provide technical leadership for end-to-end OutSystems projects.
• Design and validate application architectures.
• Manage the technical backlog and support prioritization.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
