Vodafone is hiring for a 2nd Line Operations role focused on OSS tools in a multi-vendor environment. You will troubleshoot, configure, and monitor OSS applications, working with Engineering and 1st Line teams to improve service quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in server/app operations, Linux experience, and a willingness to learn scripting. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities across IT and telecom domains.

Qualificações

• University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or Computer Science.
• Ability to create technical instructions and provide 2nd level support for OSS applications.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and telecom protocol basics.

Responsabilidades

• Administer provisioning and monitoring platforms and OSS applications.
• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate with 3rd party support.
• Perform daily monitoring, incident detection, and system optimization.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements, and configuration verification.
• Interact with NOC engineers and Service Delivery teams; apply ITIL-aligned practices.
