Vodafone is seeking a 2nd Line Operations professional to support OSS tools in a multi-vendor environment in Portugal. You'll troubleshoot, configure data, and rollout software while collaborating with Engineering and 1st Line teams to ensure service quality.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics/Telecom/IT, with 1+ year of server or Linux operations experience, strong ITIL practices, and fluent English. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.
