Capgemini Engineering, a leader in engineering services, seeks an OSS Architect to lead design, evolution, and implementation of OSS in complex telecom environments. You will drive architecture strategies for service fulfilment, assurance, orchestration, and operational excellence across networks.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, network teams, SI partners, and vendors to deliver scalable, future-proof OSS solutions and contribute to telecom modernization programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in OSS architecture, design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of telecom operational processes and service lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with fulfilment, assurance, inventory, orchestration, ITSM.
• Strong OSS/BSS integration architecture knowledge and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and transformation programs desirable.
• Knowledge of TM Forum eTOM/SID/Open APIs.
• Experience producing architecture docs (HLD/LLD).
• Professional English level (C1).
• Telecom industry experience mandatory.
• Willingness for medium-term international assignments (e.g., Sweden).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of OSS platforms.
• Define evolved OSS target architectures to meet requirements.
• Ensure integration between OSS, BSS, and network domains.
• Support service fulfilment, inventory, orchestration, ITSM, and SLA management.
• Design and enhance service assurance capabilities (monitoring, analytics, fault management).
• Identify automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors, integrators, and stakeholders.
• Support testing, acceptance, and operational readiness.
• Produce architecture documents and technical guidelines.
• Contribute to telecom transformation and modernization programs.
