Ericsson’s BOS Enterprise Architecture team within MEMA CSS is seeking a senior architect to lead end-to-end OSS/BSS transformations across multiple countries. You will define architectures, govern designs, and mentor others while coordinating with delivery, product, and sales teams.

The role requires 15+ years in IT/telecom, TOGAF 9 certification, and a track record of multi-vendor projects, governance boards, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel globally is expected.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in IT and telecommunications with senior architecture roles.
• End-to-end OSS/BSS transformations across multi-country environments.
• Experience with architecture governance bodies and standardisation forums.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead end-to-end OSS/BSS solution architectures for large transformation programmes in multi-vendor, hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Create architecture documents, integration designs, decision records and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Review designs to protect quality, resilience and long-term maintainability.
• Lead architecture for strategic bids and customer engagements, translating goals into credible solutions.
• Present architecture options to customer leaders and review boards.
• Shape scope with sales and delivery teams, identifying risks before commitments.
• Establish governance, standards and reference materials for the regional architecture community.
• Provide oversight across active programmes and coach architects for knowledge sharing.
