Mondelez Lisbon is seeking an Order to Cash Trainee for a 12-month internship in the Lisbon, Portugal area. You will engage with multiple departments, including Logistics, Sales, and Back-Office teams in India, to learn end-to-end order processes and stock management.

The role requires a tracking mindset, teamwork, and a good command of Excel and SAP. Portuguese fluency and English at an intermediate level are expected. Starting immediately in a full-time internship track.

Qualificações

• Student or recent graduate in a relevant field with internship experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good Excel knowledge with formulas and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate and share daily Out of Stocks Report with causes and next delivery dates.
• Post root cause analysis of stock issues in SAP daily.
• Perform stock analyses for customers and share findings.
• Understand End-to-End process from order entry to invoicing in SAP.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Finance on Direct Debits and ledger updates.
