Solvay is seeking an OtC Customer Service Intern to join the Order-to-Cash team in a 12-month hybrid internship. You will support order management, data maintenance, and documentation, helping to enhance internal workflows and service for global customers. English proficiency is required and extra languages are a plus.

The role offers a 12-month internship with an emphasis on learning end-to-end supply chain processes and collaboration across Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics or related field.
• No prior professional experience required; academic project in corporate environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with entry, monitoring, and tracking of customer orders to ensure timely processing.
• Manage and organize shipping documents, invoices, and customer files with Logistics and Credit teams.
• Ensure customer information and order details are updated in ERP/CRM systems.
• Support communication between Customer Service, Sales and Logistics to resolve delays.
• Help compile weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance and order status.
• Identify simple ways to streamline OtC administrative tasks.
