A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) em Lisboa procura um Order Management Specialist para apoiar a gestão end-to-end de encomendas de máquinas de café e peças para Nestlé Professional (Projeto Obsidian). O papel liga mercados e fornecedores, assegurando execução de encomendas, follow-up atempado e resolução de pedidos.

Requisitos incluem SAP, Excel e Power BI, capacidade de gerir várias encomendas, produção de relatórios e comunicação eficaz com stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gerir e acompanhar Requisições de Compra (PRs) e Ordens de Compra (POs) ao longo do ciclo de vida da encomenda.
• Coordinar com fornecedores sobre colocação de encomendas, confirmações e prontidão de produção.
• Manter visibilidade de encomendas abertas e escalar situações que exijam follow-up.
• Atuar como elo operacional entre mercados, fornecedores e stakeholders internos.
• Monitorizar indicadores operacionais e garantir o reporting adequado.
• Apoiar a identificação de exceções e assegurar que encomendas apareçam nos sistemas.
• Contribuir para o atingimento de níveis de serviço e melhoria de processos.

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist Reporting to Trade Assets Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible to ensure support on end-to-end management of coffee machines and spare‑parts orders for Nestlé Professional (Obsidian Project). The role acts as a key operational link between Nestlé markets and suppliers, ensuring effective order execution, timely follow-up and resolution of order‑related requests.The position requires a combination of order management, stakeholder coordination, SAP and process discipline, and proactive follow‑up, contributing to a reliable and efficient end-to-end Trade Assets operation.

A day in the life of Order Management Specialist

• Manage and follow up Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order placement,
• Order Confirmations and production readiness.
• Maintain visibility of open orders and proactively identify situations requiring follow-up or escalation.
• Act as an operational point of contact between markets, suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders for Order Management topics.
• Follow up market requests and ensure stakeholders receive appropriate resolution and visibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure production timelines and cargo readiness are properly communicated.
• Monitor operational indicators related to PRs, POs, supplier confirmations and production.
• Support the identification and follow‑up of exceptions, including PRs awaiting approval, approved PRs without a PO, POs awaiting approval and POs not yet confirmed by suppliers.
• Ensure orders are properly reflected in the relevant systems and operational reporting.
• Contribute to the achievement of agreed service levels and continuous process improvement.
