Job summary

Joom is seeking an analyst for Order Experience to optimize the user journey from checkout through post-purchase. You will work with Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams to test hypotheses, build AI-driven automation, and improve key metrics.

You will leverage BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, and dbt to prepare data, run analyses, and influence prioritization across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, and China. This role offers hybrid work with remote days and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing.
• Experience applying AI in analytical work and automation.
• Ability to connect analysis results to business decisions.
• Clear communication across engineers, support, finance, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve checkout and post-purchase experience by identifying payment friction and testing hypotheses.
• Develop AI support by enhancing AI Chat and automation scenarios.
• Improve the support contact experience by mapping the user journey and refund decisions.
• Increase operational efficiency by forecasting support workload and reducing costs while maintaining quality.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, interpret results, and automate analysis.
• Develop and maintain a clear metrics system for payments, billing, and support.
