Job summary

Wipro is seeking an Oracle Retail Solution Specialist in Porto, hybrid. You will act as a functional and domain expert for Oracle Retail SaaS, supporting business process design, workshop facilitation, gap analysis, and end-to-end retail transformation initiatives.

The role requires collaborating with business stakeholders, Oracle consultants, and implementation teams to translate requirements into Oracle Retail capabilities and ensure solutions align with retail best practices and client

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Oracle Retail functional consulting or equivalent
• Retail industry experience (merchandising, pricing, inventory, operations)
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Retail SaaS solutions
• Experience leading design workshops and business process discovery
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Retail SaaS implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level engagement
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Retail solutions
• Proven gap analysis and process optimization abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders.

• Provide expertise across retail processes (merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, supply chain).

• Present options, recommendations, and impacts to senior stakeholders.

Job Title: Oracle Retail Solution Specialist

Role Overview

The Oracle Retail Solution Specialist will act as a functional and domain expert for Oracle Retail solutions, supporting business process design, solution definition, workshop facilitation, gap analysis, and end-to-end retail business transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Oracle consultants, solution architects, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Retail SaaS solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• •Minimum 6 years of experience performing the role of Oracle Retail Functional Consultant, Oracle Retail Solution Specialist, or Retail Domain Consultant.
• •Minimum 6 years of retail industry experience with deep understanding of merchandising, pricing, inventory management and retail operations.
• •At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail solutions.
• •Proven experience leading business process discovery, business journey mapping, and solution design workshops.
• •Experience working on large-scale Oracle Retail SaaS implementations and retail transformation programs.
• •Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business, IT, and executive-level stakeholders.
• •Experience translating business requirements into Oracle Retail solutions and best-practice process designs.
• •Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis, solution assessment, and business process optimization.
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

• •Collaborate with Solution Architects to define the target solution architecture.
• •Assess business gaps and recommend process improvements.
• •Define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• •Support configuration decisions and validate proposed solutions.
• •Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Retail functionality.

Stakeholder Management

• •Act as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders.
• •Facilitate discussions between business teams, Oracle SMEs, and implementation partners.
• •Present solution options, recommendations, and impacts to senior stakeholders.
• •Support governance forums and design authority reviews.
