Job summary

MPower Plus seeks a Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration and conversion projects in Oracle Retail Cloud environments. You will design data mappings, transformations, and reconciliation documents, applying best practices in governance and data quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data migration, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. Familiarity with retail processes and Oracle Retail SaaS is a plus.
