You will support daily operations, act as a contact for SAP inquiries, and collaborate on process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and strong SAP knowledge, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or chain environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP (ECC and EWM required; PP, FI, and MM are a plus).
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or programming is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (such as French or Italian) are appreciated.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily shop floor operations and ensure smooth inbound and outbound order flows.
• Act as the first point of contact for SAP/WMS-related questions.
• Monitor system interfaces and queues, resolving blocked or delayed orders.

We’re looking for a RFH Operations Systems Specialist (SAP & WH Systems Support)

Join our Systems team in Porto and play a key role in supporting system performance and driving process efficiency.

Your Impact

As part of the RFH Operations team, you will contribute to the reliability and optimization of our SAP and warehouse systems.Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily shop floor operations and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound order flows.
• Acting as the first point of contact for SAP/WMS-related questions from local teams and OpCos.
• Monitoring system interfaces and queues, identifying and resolving blocked or delayed orders.
• Opening, prioritizing, and following up on SAP incident tickets, ensuring timely and sustainable resolutions.
• Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process and system improvements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants on new projects and system enhancements.
• Participating in testing and validation (SIT/UAT) phases, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Ensuring ECC/EWM stock alignment and system availability.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
