Job summary

Buss Energy Group GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung im Portugal-Hub eine leitende Rolle im Rotorblatt-Service. Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung vor Ort, führen Teams und koordinieren Ressourcen. Mobile QA-Unterstützung an Windkraftanlagen gehört ebenso dazu wie das Reporting internationaler KPIs.

Die Position erfordert Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere zu Offshore-Projekten, und die Fähigkeit, mit der deutschen Zentrale eng zusammenzuarbeiten. Startdatum nach Vereinbarung.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Rotorblattreparatur an Windturbinen.
• Führungserfahrung, starke technische Expertise und Qualitätsorientierung.
• Erfahrung in Planung und Koordination operativer Ressourcen.
• Unternehmerische Denkweise, Hands-on-Management, Initiative und Durchhaltevermögen.
• Fließend Englisch, sichere Verhandlungsfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung für den Rotorblatt-Reparaturservice in Portugal; Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft.
• Führung des Rotorblatt-Servicebereichs; fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden und Serviceteams.
• Mobile Unterstützung der Servicetechniker; Fokus auf Qualitätssicherung auf Windkraftanlagen.
• Sicherstellung hochwertiger Ausführung von Reparaturen, Sicherheit und Produktivität.
• Planung bzw. Koordination von Personal, Ausrüstung und Ressourcen; Reparaturberichte pünktlich erstellen.
• Identifikation von Schulungsbedarfen in Abstimmung mit QHSE und Geschäftsführung.
• Überwachung und Berichterstattung relevanter operativer KPIs und Qualitätsbewertungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der deutschen Zentrale; Beratung des Managements und Entwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs.

Was erwartet dich?

• You take overall operational responsibility for the rotor blade service business in Portugal and support the Managing Director in steering day-to-day operations.
• You lead the rotor blade service department and provide functional leadership to assigned employees and service teams.
• You provide mobile support to service technicians, with a focus on quality assurance at wind farm sites.
• You ensure high-quality execution of all rotor blade repairs and maintain high standards of quality, productivity and occupational safety across the field teams.
• You plan and coordinate personnel, equipment and other operational resources, and ensure repair reports are accurate and completed on time.
• You identify training needs in close coordination with QHSE and the Managing Director.
• You monitor and report relevant operational KPIs and quality assessments.
• You work closely with the German headquarters, advise management on operational matters, and help develop the blade business, additional service areas and efficient processes for sustainable growth.

Anforderungsprofil

• You have several years of professional experience in rotor blade repair on wind turbines and a sound understanding of operational service in the wind energy industry.
• You have experience leading employees and service teams, strong technical expertise and a clear commitment to quality.
• You are experienced in planning and coordinating operational resources.
• You think entrepreneurially and bring a hands-on approach, initiative, resilience and assertiveness.
• You are fluent in English and confident in professional and negotiation settings.
• The role involves regular travel to wind farm sites including Australia
• Experience with GKT, wind turbine installation, building or developing operational service organisations, or international wind energy projects would be an advantage.
