Job summary

Personio sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft für den Rotorblatt-Service in Portugal. Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung und führen das Serviceteam, unterstützen Techniker vor Ort und arbeiten eng mit dem deutschen HQ zusammen.

Sie planen Ressourcen, sichern Qualität, und treiben nachhaltiges Wachstum des Rotorblatt-Geschäfts voran. Reisebereitschaft, Englischkenntnisse und unternehmerischer Hands-on-Ansatz sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Rotorblatt-Reparaturen an Windturbinen.
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Serviceteams.
• Planung und Koordination operativer Ressourcen.
• Fließendes Englisch; Reisebereitschaft, auch international.

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung für den Rotorblatt-Service in Portugal.
• Führung des Rotorblatt-Service-Bereichs und Funktionsleitung.
• Mobile Unterstützung der Servicetechniker an Windparks.
• Sicherstellung hochwertiger Reparaturen und Arbeitsstandards.
• Planung von Personal, Ausrüstung und Ressourcen.
• Schulung in Zusammenarbeit mit QHSE und MD.
• Überwachung relevanter KPIs und Qualitätsbewertungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen HQ und Mitentwicklung des Geschäfts.

Was erwartet dich?

• You take overall operational responsibility for the rotor blade service business in Portugal and support the Managing Director in steering day‑to‑day operations.
• You lead the rotor blade service department and provide functional leadership to assigned employees and service teams.
• You provide mobile support to service technicians, with a focus on quality assurance at wind farm sites.
• You ensure high‑quality execution of all rotor blade repairs and maintain high standards of quality, productivity and occupational safety across the field teams.
• You plan and coordinate personnel, equipment and other operational resources, and ensure repair reports are accurate and completed on time.
• You identify training needs in close coordination with QHSE and the Managing Director.
• You monitor and report relevant operational KPIs and quality assessments.
• You work closely with the German headquarters, advise management on operational matters, and help develop the blade business, additional service areas and efficient processes for sustainable growth.

Anforderungsprofil

• You have several years of professional experience in rotor blade repair on wind turbines and a sound understanding of operational service in the wind energy industry.
• You have experience leading employees and service teams, strong technical expertise and a clear commitment to quality.
• You are experienced in planning and coordinating operational resources.
• You think entrepreneurially and bring a hands‑on approach, initiative, resilience and assertiveness.
• You are fluent in English and confident in professional and negotiation settings.
• The role involves regular travel to wind farm sites including Australia
• Experience with GKT, wind turbine installation, building or developing operational service organisations, or international wind energy projects would be an advantage.
