Job summary

CBRE Portugal is seeking a Technical Property Manager to join the on-site management team of a flagship office building in Lisbon. You will oversee technical operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Working closely with the Property Manager, contractors and occupiers, you will monitor performance, manage budgets, support sustainability initiatives and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Operations or Maintenance Management.
• Knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure and maintenance practices.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and technical service providers.
• Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical and facilities operations in the building.
• Manage hard and soft services to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, monitor performance and service levels.
• Plan and supervise maintenance activities and CAPEX projects.
• Support tender processes for services, works and projects.
• Monitor refurbishment works and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure Health & Safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide technical support to occupiers and CBRE teams.
