Job summary

Vantage Towers in Portugal is hiring an experienced Operations Analytics professional to define and optimize KPIs, build real-time dashboards, and support incident management across TOC and Infrastructure Operations. Strong English, 5+ years in analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable analytics, contribute to AI-enabled insights, and help governance and reporting across markets in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Operations Analytics, NOC/TOC Operations, or telecom infrastructure.
Strong KPI definition, data modeling, and dashboard design experience.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and improve KPIs for TOC, Infrastructure Operations and Customer Services.
Design real-time dashboards (Superset/BI) to monitor performance and incidents.
Support incident management, capacity planning, and analytics roadmaps.
Lead governance, data quality and reporting standards across markets.
