A Powerdot, Inc. procura um Técnico de Campo de Operações para executar manutenção corretiva e preventiva em carregadores, responder a alertas e atuar no local, garantindo serviços de alta disponibilidade para a rede de mobilidade elétrica na Europa.

O candidato torna-se o proprietário técnico dos carregadores da sua área, acompanhando evoluções de tecnologia e firmware, com autonomia, expedição de viagens e responsabilidade.

Responsabilités

• Realizar manutenção corretiva e preventiva em carregadores.
• Responder a alertas e resolver problemas no local.
• Assumir a posição de proprietário técnico dos carregadores na área atribuída.
• Manter-se à frente das evoluções de tecnologia e firmware.

What you’ll do:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on chargers.
• Respond quickly to alerts and fix issues on-site.
• Become the technical owner of the chargers from your territory.
• Stay ahead of evolving charger technology and firmware updates.
