Resumo da oferta

Many products are being rebuilt or built from scratch. You will own part of that portfolio in a product squad, partnering with engineers, a product designer and operations teams who use these tools daily.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Product Manager - Core Operations & Pricing

Porto

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves.

If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.

Don't stop reading, the best part's coming up

  • Contract type: Permanent

How You'll Shape Our Story

Powerdot owns and operates 12,000+ charging points across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. Behind every one of them sits a set of internal products: the flow that takes a charger from installation to live, the catalogue of what each charger model can do, the tools our Energy team uses to manage grid connections, and the engine that applies the right price and discount to every session.

Many of these products are being rebuilt or built from scratch. You will own a part of that portfolio in one of our product squads, working with engineers, a product designer and the operational teams who use these tools every day.

What You Will Do:

  • Own discovery and delivery for a set of internal products covering charger commissioning, hardware catalogue, energy management and pricing

  • Sit with the teams who use the tools (deployment, operations, support, energy, pricing), map how they work today and find where time, money or data quality is lost

  • Turn that into clear problem statements, specs and a prioritised backlog that engineers can estimate and ship

  • Cut large problems into small, valuable first releases, and be explicit about what waits

  • Make sure data stays consistent across the systems these products touch, so what we store, bill and send to partners is right

  • Define how success is measured for each release, read the result after launch, and iterate

  • Keep stakeholders informed with a clear roadmap and honest timelines

This Is About You, Not Us

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, or in a product‑adjacent role (business analysis, product operations, engineering, consulting) where you owned what got built

  • You have built internal tools, B2B platforms or operational software used by trained teams

  • You are comfortable with complex systems and data: you can follow how one field moves between systems and what breaks when it is wrong

  • You prioritise under competing requests from several teams, set clear expectations and say no with a reason

  • You can run more than one discovery at a time and keep several scopes moving in parallel

  • You are structured: you turn an ambiguous operational problem into a clear spec

  • You are pragmatic: for internal tools, working and reliable beats polished

  • You communicate clearly with engineers and with operations managers alike

  • Bonus: SQL, using AI tools to speed up data analysis and discovery, or experience with energy, hardware, IoT , mobility, pricing or billing systems

The Kind of Energy We're Looking For

  • We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.

  • You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.

  • You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.

  • You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.

  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended ).

  • You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.

How you'll be Powered up

  • Flexible working hours: you own your time

  • Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)

  • Regular team-building events with your local teammates

  • English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams

  • Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day

  • Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle

The best solutions come from different voices. We're building a culture where inclusion, respect, and equal opportunity aren't policies, they're lived every day. At Powerdot, everyone has the space to speak up, challenge the status quo, and make a difference. At Powerdot, your voice powers the future, literally.
