Bloq.it is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Operations Strategy team, building analytical infrastructure that powers decisions across field operations in nine countries - translating business requirements into analytical demands and working hands-on with data, models, and AI-powered tools with direct operational impact.

You’ll report to the Data Analytics Manager and collaborate with Operations, Product and Data Platform teams to align data definitions, improve data quality, and support

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools (Looker or similar).
• Ability to work with messy, real-world operational data and turn it into reliable outputs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills to explain analytical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with context and narrative framing.

We are in search of a Data Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar! As a Data Analyst within our Operations Strategy team, you’ll help build the analytical infrastructure that powers decision-making across field operations in nine countries - you’ll be a translator of business and operational requirements into analytical demands.

You’ll report to the Data Analytics Manager and work hands‑on with data, models, and AI‑powered tools that have direct operational impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring To The Table

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks;
• Familiarity with cloud data environments and DevOps practices;
• Experience in logistics, field services, or other operationally complex industries.
