Quanteam, the founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking an Operations Analyst – OTC Derivatives & Pricing in Lisbon to perform pricing of exotic derivatives, ensure smooth daily production flows, and maintain robust controls.

The role requires strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, advanced Excel, and a client-focused, proactive mindset to support Front Office and risk teams; English fluency is required and Lisbon availability.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in financial markets operations, ideally involving OTC derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, OTC derivatives and the swap lifecycle.
• Practical experience in pricing exotic derivatives.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

We are looking for an Operations Analyst – OTC Derivatives & Pricing

MAIN TASKS

• Perform pricing activities for exotic derivatives.
• Ensure smooth daily production flows and reliable operational processes.
• Perform regular controls to minimize operational and fraud risks.
• Identify and escape issues to management, Front Office management and/or Permanent Control teams.
• Help minimize financial, reputational, regulatory and legal risks.
• Liaise with relevant teams to report operational issues and support their resolution.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Relevant experience in financial markets operations, ideally involving OTC derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, OTC derivatives and the swap lifecycle.
• Practical experience in pricing exotic derivatives.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and risk awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to daily tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Client-focused mindset and good teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in Lisbon.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between €24,500 and €47,500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
