Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Business Analyst to join a major client in insurance, based in Lisbon with Entrecampos offices. You will gather and document business requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support end-user adoption of solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Engineering or IT, 3-6 years in BA, strong communication, proactive mindset, and ability to work across teams; knowledge of insurance sector is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, teamwork and critical thinking.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and testing activities.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector is a strong plus.
• Possibility of remote work; ongoing training and internal mobility available.
