Job summary

Keenfinity seeks a hands-on Technical Advisor to lead Ovar operations and WW stocks improvement. The role combines plant excellence, cross-functional operations support and global DIO reduction initiatives across the manufacturing network.

You will analyze shopfloor data, define actionable improvement plans, coach teams, and develop dashboards with Excel and Power BI to track KPIs. On-site at Ovar, you’ll partner with Plant and Supply Chain leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Lean, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Consulting.
• Strong experience in inventory management and DIO reduction.
• Hands-on experience in EMS / electronics / high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent understanding of MRP, planning parameters, safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, WIP and inventory segmentation.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ovar Plant – Operational Excellence: assess current model, material flow, planning, logistics and inventory management; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for productivity.
• Operations GM Support: provide technical analyses, define standards and roadmaps; support cross-functional initiatives.
• WW Supply Chain / Stocks Improvement: support the global DIO improvement program with data analysis, dashboards and governance.
