SafeHarbor Logistics in Almada is seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. You will deliver excellent customer service and support via email, chat, and social channels, helping clients understand products and services.

Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, building relationships, using CRM to track interactions, and collaborating with teammates to resolve issues. You will stay updated on offerings and promotions to assist clients effectively.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably online.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades
