Job summary

NextWave Publications seeks an Online Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service via email, chat, and social media from Braga, Portugal. Team-based yet able to work independently, you will handle inquiries, recommend products, and maintain client records.

The role offers part-time hours with potential for full-time in the future, visa sponsorship may be available, and accommodation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media to assist them with their inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and resolving customer complaints.
