GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a dedicated Moderator to manage our online community from Funchal, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring interactions align with our guidelines and maintaining a respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, some Portuguese is a plus, and a calm, detail‑oriented approach to handling reports and conflicts. Accommodation is provided; equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• Remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Familiar with social media platforms and online communities.
• Experience in customer service or community management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor user activity and content on the platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries providing guidance and support as needed
• Engage with users in a friendly and professional manner to foster a positive community environment
• Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving the user experience on the platform
