Job summary

agap2 indústria is seeking a Project Engineer to join its project team for a multidisciplinary industrial installation in Coimbra. The role involves supporting engineering across design to start-up, working with internal teams, partners, suppliers and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, at least 3 years in engineering and project execution, and strong English (B2). Travel readiness and familiarity with AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera P6 are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering and project execution.
• Previous experience in industrial projects is highly valued.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Good English communication skills (B2 or above).
• Knowledge of ATEX, process safety, GMP and/or HACCP is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6 is valued.
• Availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities throughout the different phases of the project, from design to start-up.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary engineering solutions across process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation and automation.
• Support technical specifications, supplier selection and evaluation of proposals.
• Liaise with engineering partners, suppliers and contractors and follow up construction activities.
• Identify technical issues, risks and deviations and support their resolution.
• Contribute to commissioning, qualification and start-up activities.
• Work alongside HSE teams on ATEX, process safety and fire protection matters.
