Job summary

Izertis is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architectural design of digital omni-channel retail solutions within a global transformation program. Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, with large-scale digital transformation and retail systems experience.
• Experience in omni-channel retail solution design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail solution architecture.
• Lead the architectural design of digital omni-channel retail solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership in global transformation programs and large-scale deployments.
• Ensure designs align with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
• Define and enforce architectural governance, guiding patterns and reusable components.
• Support build-vs-buy evaluations and vendor assessments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure architectural consistency and data integrity across systems.
• Provide hands-on support in solution modelling, documentation, and technical specification reviews.
• Develop and monitor technical roadmaps aligned with business capabilities and digital transformation goals.
• Lead creation and documentation of high-level solution designs, including system integration flows.
• Participate in cut-over planning, system migration strategies, and relevant infrastructure setup.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure traceability into operations.
• Support continuous improvement of DevOps and delivery practices in Retail.
• Review and validate proposed solutions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Identify interdependencies and ensure fit within the overall retail landscape.
