Job summary

Decskill is seeking an experienced Observability SRE Engineer to support national and international projects. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of observability across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments and distributed systems.

You will design, implement and operate observability frameworks, dashboards and monitoring platforms. Strong knowledge of metrics, logs, traces, APM, synthetic and real user monitoring is required, with hands-on cloud experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with observability frameworks.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Mission

We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to support national and international projects, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of observability practices across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Observability & Monitoring

• Design, implement, and operate observability frameworks and enterprise monitoring platforms.


• Drive the continuous improvement of observability processes across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and distributed systems.


• Define and implement monitoring strategies covering Metrics, Logs, Traces, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting.


• Develop dashboards, monitoring standards, and operational visibility capabilities.


• Support proactive incident detection, performance optimization, and service reliability initiatives.


• Implement and maintain observability solutions across cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and monitoring coverage.


• Contribute to the adoption of best practices for monitoring and observability in modern distributed architectures.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and operating observability frameworks and monitoring platforms.


• Hands‑on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent enterprise monitoring solutions.


• Experience defining and implementing monitoring strategies covering:


• Metrics


• Logs


• Traces


• APM (Application Performance Monitoring)


• Synthetic Monitoring


• Real User Monitoring (RUM)


• Alerting


• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Professional proficiency in English.


• Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring platforms are considered a plus.
