NOVAK is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications and network deployment projects. This remote role expects you to manage end-to-end delivery of technical Work Packages, coordinating resources, schedules, risks and stakeholders in an international telecom setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery while communicating with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Delivery Management, Network Deployment or Telecommunications Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in telecommunications environments.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of VPN and remote-access requirements; experience with partner vendors.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications and network deployment projects. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of technical Work Packages, coordinating resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, customer expectations and cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible position that combines technical project management, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership within an international telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management Manage technical Work Packages from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline and quality standards. Monitor project execution and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints. Help resolve technical blockers that could affect project progress. Manage internal and customer-facing escalations. Provide regular delivery updates to Engineering Management and other relevant stakeholders.

Manage Change Requests, including impact assessments, approvals, implementation oversight and execution tracking. Coordinate the submission, validation and approval of completed Work Packages. Technical Leadership and Resource Management Monitor business forecasts and confirmed orders to anticipate workload and resource requirements. Review incoming Work Packages according to their technical feasibility, requirements, acceptance criteria and project constraints.

Plan and allocate resources to support efficient team utilization and successful delivery. Align detailed project requirements with Project Managers, Technical Delivery Leads, engineering teams and customers. Coordinate team capacity, resource distribution and delivery commitments with Engineering Management. Support the onboarding of new team members, including mentor assignment, initial guidance and training.

Technical Project Management Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and execution roadmaps. Prepare effort estimates, resource plans and delivery forecasts. Ensure projects comply with approved plans, contractual commitments and governance standards. Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, action items and project progress. Ensure the availability of all required system access, including VPN and remote-access connectivity. Manage project documentation, technical deliverables, test reports and supporting materials. Maintain Risk and Issue Registers and drive mitigation and resolution actions.

Ensure the required project structures and operational codes are available to partners and vendors. Coordinate dependencies and drive issue resolution across multiple technical and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Delivery Management, Network Deployment or Telecommunications Operations. Proven experience managing complex customer-facing projects and technical Work Packages in telecommunications environments. Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk management and change management. Experience with resource planning, capacity management and effort estimation. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making and escalation-management skills. Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Highly Valued Previous experience with the processes, tools or delivery frameworks of major telecommunications vendors. Experience coordinating partner vendors and geographically distributed teams. Knowledge of WBS structures, operational project codes, Binding Orders, VPN and remote-access requirements.

Experience mentoring and onboarding technical team members.

Background in Cloud Infrastructure projects within telecommunications environments.
